Scintilla Locate is a protocol for adjudicating historical proof-of-presence claims: verifiable “I was there” receipts, without centralised GPS logs and without disclosing raw location tracks.

The problem

Location is economically valuable — but today it is rarely verifiable in a trust-minimised way. Most systems depend on vendor APIs, centralised providers, and logs that are hard to audit and easy to dispute.

The insight

You don’t need to store raw location histories. You need cryptographic evidence, independent evaluation, and auditable commitments.

Scintilla Locate is designed around that insight.

A man enters a quiet park where a woman sits waiting at a bench and nearby a man walks his dog

The vision

Scintilla Locate becomes the standard substrate for location-based economic coordination — where presence can be proven, disputed, and settled without surveillance or trust.

It’s not just about location.
It’s about making physical reality legible to digital contracts.
